A two-vehicle crash was reported on First Street West Wednesday at 12:11 p.m.

Richard Scott Jarvis of Havre, 41, was issued a summons on a speeding charge during a vehicle stop on 17th Street at 3:46 p.m. Wednesday.

Shaila Twila Mudge of Havre, 32, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after she asked at 3:07 a.m. today for an officer to stop by a 17th Street residence.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Alfred James Chandler of Havre, 61, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served on Second Street West at 9:46 a.m. Wednesday.
