Montana VA officers conducting outreach

Judy Loendorf and/or Steve Mulonet, service officers for the Montana Veterans Affairs will be visiting the following locations and times to meet with veterans who are interested in applying for benefits. Veterans interested in applying for benefits need to bring a copy of their discharge paperwork, DD214, with them. 

Wednesday, Jan. 6 — Shelby, Courthouse, 9:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m. 

Wednesday, Jan. 6 — Cut Bank, Glacier County Courthouse Annex, Room 19, 1:30-4 p.m. 

Thursday, Jan. 7 — Cut Bank, Glacier County Courthouse Annex, Room 19, 8:30-11:30 a.m. 

Wednesday, Jan. 13 — Glasgow, Glasgow VA Clinic, 1-4 p.m.   

Thursday, Jan. 14 — Malta, Malta City Hall, 9:30-11:30 a.m.  

Wednesday, Jan. 20 — Shelby, Courthouse, 9:30-11:30 a.m. 

Wednesday, Jan. 20 — Cut Bank, Glacier County Courthouse Annex, Room 19, 1:30-4 p.m.

Thursday, Jan. 21 — Cut Bank, Glacier County Courthouse Annex, Room 19, 8:30-11:30 a.m. 

Due to COVID-19 and travel restrictions, we are unable to see veterans at this time at Rocky Boy, Fort Belknap and Browning. Veterans can schedule an appointment at the Havre office by calling 265-4225.

And Browning veterans can meet with the service office in Cut Bank.

If bad weather exists on days of travel, people can stay tuned to the local radio stations for updated information regarding the outreach schedule.
