Payan taking over as chief patrol agent in Border Patrol Havre Sector

The U.S. Border Patrol's Havre Sector has announced the arrival of Chief Patrol Agent Eduardo Payan.

Payan, who most recently served as the Chief Patrol Agent at the Buffalo Sector, is a 33-year veteran of the U.S. Border Patrol, and will assume command of Havre Sector on Jan. 17.

Payan will replace Chief Sean L. McGoffin, who recently transferred to Texas to serve as the chief patrol agent of the Big Bend Sector.
