Havre Police Department

A remote monitoring device violation was reported at the police station Monday at 9:58 a.m.

A caller at Montana State University-Northern reported a theft, forgery or fraud Monday at 10:03 a.m.

--

Monday at 10:41 a.m., a caller on 11th Street reported a vehicle was broken into but said it didn't look like anything was taken.

A caller at an MSU-Northern residence hall reported Monday at 11:13 a.m. that someone had just taken a tan 2001 Chevrolet 1500 pickup truck and was last seen headed toward Fifth Avenue.

David Taylor Eagleman of Havre, 61, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after an officer stopped to assist someone on Third Avenue Monday at 2:26 p.m.

A caller on Fifth Street called Monday at 6:39 p.m. to report a break-in.

--

An investigation was opened after someone stopped at the police station Monday at 8:22 p.m. to speak with an officer.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A caller on Tailwater Road in Kremlin reported a complaint Monday at 2:27 p.m.

Vandalism was reported Monday at 3:12 p.m. by a caller on Eighth Avenue North.

Treyton Reed Sutherland of Box Elder, 23, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served after he was transferred from Rocky Boy Detention Center to Hill County Detention Center Monday at 8:15 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Monday, and firefighters responded to an alarm on the 800 Block of Fourth Street at 10:12 p.m., but the problem was only burnt food.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two 4-week-old kittens of unknown gender, five male cats and four female cats.

The shelter also held a female 6-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a male and a female 9-week-old mixed breed puppies, two male mixed-breed dogs, a female 12-week-old mixed breed puppy and a male 7-month-old shepherd puppy.
