Havre Police Department

William Joe Skidmore of Havre, 40, was arrested on charges of trespass to property and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and on a Justice or City court warrant after a Third Street caller asked Tuesday at 7:46 a.m. for assistance removing a man from a house. At Hill County Detention Center, officers served Skidmore with a state District Court warrant at 1:36 p.m.

Tessa Shayne Bigknife of Box Elder, 19, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, no vehicle insurance and minor in possession after a caller on Thompson Street reported an erratic driver Tuesday at 8:26 a.m.

A two-vehicle crash between a car and a truck was reported at 3:32 p.m. on Third Avenue.

A 3:38 p.m. Tuesday caller at the high school reported their child was hit in the parking lot and the person left the scene.

A caller on 16th Street West asked Tuesday at 5:52 p.m. for assistance.

A 12-year-old was issued a summons on charges of juvenile curfew violations, unauthorized use of a vehicle, driving without a driver's license and failure to carry proof of vehicle insurance and a 13-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of juvenile curfew violation during a vehicle stop on Fifth Avenue at 3:36 a.m. today. The incident is related to a caller reporting seeing an elderly driving with four to five kids in the car on 10th Avenue at 2:59 a.m.

At 5:21 a.m. today, a 24th Avenue Northeast caller reported that a man had followed the caller inside a building.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Sheriff's Office dispatch log showed no arrests, summonses or investigations during the 24-hour reporting period.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Tuesday and two early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held one cats and two 8-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, six male cats and six female cats.

The shelter also held two female 7-month-old mixed-breed puppies, a male and two female 10-week-old border collie-corgi cross puppies, a female and two male 11-week-old mixed breed puppies and a male mixed-breed dog. Two male mixed-breed 11-week-old puppies were being housed separately.
