Havre Police Department

A Third Street caller reported Friday at 8:29 a.m. that a car was broken into during the night and items were missing.

Friday at 11:07 a.m., a caller on 15th Avenue reported that a car had been spray painted and broken into during the night.

--

A remote monitoring device violation was reported at the police station Friday at 12:33 p.m.

--

A caller at a First Street business reported that the building had been spray painted during the night.

Jerome Lane Bigknife of Rocky Boy, 28, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants and charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and trespass to property when officers served the warrants on 15th Avenue after a Friday at 1:44 p.m. report that a person with warrants was seen running into a residence.

Jacob Allen Keller of Havre, 36, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants during a 12th Avenue vehicle stop at 2:09 p.m. Friday.

--

A Second Street caller reported finding spray paint on their house at 2:44 p.m.

A two-vehicle, non-inury crash was reported between a Yukon and a Chevrolet pickup truck on First Street at 2:53 p.m. Friday.

--

A summons was issued after a Friday 5:31 p.m. caller reported a possible reckless driver. No details on charges were provided.

Megan Michelle Mountain of Havre, 24, was arrested on a charge of violation of a no contact order after someone reported a complaint at the police station at 11:10 p.m. Friday.

Avery Jordan Boe of Hays, 36, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge and a Justice or City court warrant after a caller on First Street Northeast reported Saturday at 12:55 a.m. that a man was knocking on residence doors and threatening people.

Thomas Eugene Rider of Cut Bank, 37, was arrested on charges that include partner or family member assault after calling at 3:48 a.m. Saturday for assistance on 10th Street West.

Alan Patrick Romero of Havre, 59, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants and charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and no vehicle insurance during a vehicle stop on First Street West at 2:48 p.m. Saturday.

A two-vehicle crash involving two Chevrolet pickup trucks was reported at Eighth Street and 14th Avenue Saturday at 4:53 p.m.

Spencer Owen Lagree of Havre, 46, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller at Carpenter Park on Fourth Street reported Saturday at 9 p.m. that an intoxicated man was bothering juveniles.

Jessie Leeann Manuel of Great Falls, 33, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, headlamp violation and failure to carry or produce proof of vehicle insurance during a vehicle stop on First Street West Sunday at 12:11 a.m.

Joseph Lee Quincy of Havre, 28, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after an altercation was reported in the hallway at a First Street West business Sunday at 1:20 a.m.

Lanni Arnell Foursouls of Box Elder, 26, was arrested on a criminal mischief vandalism charge after a Fourth Street caller reported a noise complaint Sunday at 3:42 a.m.

Dixie Lynn Hernandez of Havre, 49, was arrested on charges of dog registration and vaccination required, dog at large in the city and vicious dog after a caller at 18th Street West and Washington Avenue reported a dog attacked someone at 10:38 a.m. Sunday.

--

A 15-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of under age tobacco possession or consumption after someone at the police station asked Sunday at 2:54 p.m. to speak with an officer.

--

Stormy Rae Theboy of Rocky Boy, 29, was arrested on a trespass to property charge after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business asked Sunday at 4:47 p.m. for assistance removing a woman from the business.

--

An alcohol theft was reported at a First Street West business at 1:09 a.m. today.

--

Two arrests were made after a caller at 4:36 a.m. today reported an intoxicated man and woman on Jefferson Avenue, but no details were provided on the charges.

Hill County Sheriff's Office 

Renee Mary Pruys of Havre, 40, was arrested on a DUI charge and on a Justice or City court warrant during a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 87 at 2:38 a.m. Saturday.

Deputies helped with escort or transport from Hill County Detention Center to the hospital Saturday at 7:06 p.m.

--

Deputies investigated an assault reported Sunday at 4:15 p.m. on U.S. Highway 2 East.

--

A 13th Avenue North caller asked Sunday at 5:45 p.m. for assistance.

Havre Fire Department 

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Friday, three Saturday, four Sunday and one early this morning.

 

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held four cats of unknown gender, four male cats and five female cats.

The shelter also held a female 13-week-old pit bull terrier puppy, a female and a male 13-week-old mixed breed puppies, a female 6-month-old Chihuahua/corgi puppy, a male St. Bernard dog, one female and one male mixed-breed dogs, a female 7-month-old mixed-breed puppy and a male 16-week-old mixed-breed puppy. Another nine 10-week-old mixed-breed puppies were being held separately

A girl was born Friday, April 2, 2021, to Lauren Miller of Havre.
