Havre Police Department

A caller at 13th Street West and Boulevard Avenue reported a vehicle crash with no injuries Monday at 6:46 a.m.

Kyle Lee Lamere of Box Elder, 31, was arrested on eight Justice or City court warrants and Nichole Marie Swan of Havre, 37, was issued a summons on a charge of driving without a driver's license during a Monday 12:07 p.m. vehicle stop on First Street

Avery Jordan Boe of Hays, 37, was arrested on four Justice or City court warrants served after an officer initiated investigation of suspicious activity at Second Street and Ninth Avenue Monday at 3:34 p.m.

A beer theft was reported at a First Street business Tuesday at 12:27 a.m.

Allen Carlos Sutherland of Box Elder, 40, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after a caller on Second Street reported someone knocking on their residence window at 1:51 this morning.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated an 11:12 a.m. Monday report from a 34th Street caller that their son was exploiting them for financial gain.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to five calls Monday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three cats and one 10-month-old kitten all of unknown gender, four female cats, five male cats and one male 6-month-old kitten.

The shelter also held a male mixed-breed dog, a female shepherd, a female 7-month-old small-breed puppy, a female 25-week-old mixed-breed puppy and a female 16-week-old mixed-breed puppy. Also held separately are two 6-week-old puppies and a female 10-month-old puppy, all mixed-breeds.
