Barry and Diane Donoven pose for a photograph. Their children have set up an account with the Montana State University-Northern Foundation to fund a scholarship in memory of the couple for agricultural students at the university.

In mid-January, the MSU-Northern Foundation had a visit from Kyle Donoven of Havre who, along with his three sisters, created a scholarship to Northern in memory of their parents. Named the Barry and Diane Memorial Ag Scholarship, the fund will support Northern students who are seeking a degree in agriculture.
Northern Chancellor Greg Kegel was appreciative, saying, "Agriculture is the backbone of our region and this gift will definitely make an impact to our ag students."
Residents of Kremlin, the elder Donovens were known on the Hi-Line as hard-working and kind-hearted people....
