State and local COVID-19 update, Feb. 2, 2022

Hill County Health Department said in its update Tuesday that 41 new cases were reported and 24 met the criteria to be

considered recovered with 185 active cases

in the county, 2 active hospitalizations, 4,450 total cases and the county has had 71 deaths.

Blaine County Health Department said in its update Tuesday that it was notified of 13 new cases and 21 met the criteria to be considered recovered with 140 active cases in the county, 1 person was hospitalized with 5 active hospitalizations, 2,065 total cases and the county has had 29 deaths.

Rocky Boy Health Center, also reported on the Chouteau or Hill county reports, reported Tuesday 17 new cases, 19 met the criteria to be considered recovered with 76 active cases, no active hospitalizations and 1,434 total cases. The reservation has had 10 deaths.

Fort Belknap Indian Community, also listed in the Blaine or Phillips county numbers, reported Tuesday 10 new cases and 10 met the criteria to be considered recovered with 99 active cases, 1 person was hospitalized with 4 active hospitalizations and 1,132 total cases. The reservation has had 13 deaths.

The updated numbers for the state and for Liberty and Chouteau counties were not available by printing deadline this morning.
