A Wednesday 9:27 a.m. caller on Monroe Avenue reported fraud issues with a credit card.

Larae Ann Sunchild of Havre, 40, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller on Second Street reported a female outside yelling Wednesday at 12:15 p.m.

Matthew Michael Converse of Havre, 45, was arrested on charges of trespass to property, shoplifting and possession of drug paraphernalia after officers investigated a Wednesday 7:51 p.m. report of a trespasser at a First Street business.
