Dustin Colt Snow of Billings, 21, was arrested on a trespass to property charge and a Justice or City court warrant after a Monday 6:52 a.m. caller on Third Street reported someone in their home.

Officers were called Monday at 9:03 p.m. to the 200 Block of Fifth Avenue where a pedestrian had been struck by a car. Havre Police Chief Gabe Matosich said the driver of the vehicle failed to yield to the pedestrian at a crosswalk and struck the person with the driver's side.
