Officers issued a verbal or written warning to children reported Wednesday at 4:43 p.m. tubing on Sixth Street and to people reported at 7:22 p.m. spinning brodies in a Montana State University-Northern parking lot.

Roosvelt Brumfield of Mount Vernon, Luisiana, 50, was arrested for a trespass to property charge after a Wednesday 8:26 p.m. caller on Ninth Street reported a man who was knocking on the door and wouldn't leave.
