Art Alley Spring Celebration postponed

Hi-Line Arts Council President Grant Olson said that, due to the rain, the Havre Art Alley Spring Celebration is being postponed.

The celebration, coordinated by the Arts Council and the Downtown Havre Matters! Art and Beautification Committee, had been set for Saturday.
