A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller on First Street reported a man was urinating on a building Friday at 10:02 a.m.

Michael Steven Schoening of Havre, 38, was issued a summons on a theft charge after a theft was reported by compliance monitoring 2:08 p.m. Friday on Fifth Avenue.

Neal Wayne Anderson of Havre, 64, was arrested on charges of violation of a protective order, possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct and open container and on three Justice or City court warrants after a Fifth Street caller reported at 3:36 p.m. Friday that a man was beating on the door.

A 16-year-old Havre girl was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, vandalism and minor in possession after a 2:22 a.m. Saturday caller on 10th Avenue asked for an officer immediately and then hung up.

Nicole Rose Big Leggins of Havre, 39, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a Second Street caller reported a woman was trying to break down a door at 3:42 a.m. Saturday.

A call about a main sewer line break Saturday at 9:39 a.m. was referred to another agency.

A rifle was reported Saturday at 10:18 a.m. found on a business property on U.S. Highway 2 East.

Tonylee Andrew Sears of Havre, 22, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after a Smithville Road caller reported a disturbance at 11:56 a.m. Saturday.

Sherman Dean Alexander Sr. of Havre, 61, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and Everett Dale Windyboy of Havre, 70, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a Saturday 5:28 p.m. report of a man passed out in the Fourth Avenue West alley.

Evelyn Frances Foursouls of Havre, 40, was arrested on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation reported at 8:06 p.m. Saturday at the police station.

Sasha Valeen Longknife of Fort Belknap, 39, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer initiated investigation of suspicious activity Saturday at 9:06 p.m. on First Street.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to six calls Friday, four calls Saturday, eight calls Sunday and one call early Monday.

Firefighters responded to the train derailment on U.S. Highway 2 East Friday at 4:34 p.m.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter Sunday morning held one cat of unknown gender, six male cats, two female cats and five kittens 9 weeks to 11 weeks old. Additionally, two 12-week-old kittens were being housed off-site.

The shelter also held four female dogs, one male dog and 12 puppies from 11 weeks to 11 months old. Additionally, a male dog was being housed off-site.
