North Star School announced that all seven speech and drama team members will be traveling to the Class BC State Speech, Debate and Drama tournament in Choteau this weekend, Jan. 26 and 27. Gail M. (Joy) Faber, 66, passed away January 17, 2024, at home of natural causes. A vigil Mass will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, January 26, 2024, at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church in Havre, MT. Her funeral Mass will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday January 27, also at St. Jude’s, with a luncheon/reception to follow in the St. Jude’s Parish Center. Our beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother left us January 21st, 2024. Betty Lee "Tootsie" Henderson was born May 17th, 1947. She met Eugene LaMere in her younger years and together they had five children. Betty Lee enjoyed beading and playing bingo. You would always find her with Cigs and a Coca Cola. She managed to live her whole life without a driver's license, but she even made it to Canada. She enjoyed spending time with her children and all her grandchildren.... Full story

She was born October 21, 1984, in Bozeman, Montana, to Nathaniel and Melvina (Hinckley) St. Pierre. At the time of her passing, Natasha was living and employed in Las Vegas working as a concierge. After several postponements, the Havre High boys and girls basketball teams finally got to play when they hosted Sidney for a doubleheader at Havre High Gymnasium this past Friday.
