    People are invited to the 32nd Annual We Love Northern Ball Saturday for a night of eating steak, dancing and auctions to help raise money for scholarships to Montana State University-Northern. Jim Bennett, executive director of the Northern Alumni Foundation that hosts the event, said money from the raffles, auctions and a portion of the $50 admission tickets will be used for scholarships.     Last year’s drought, compounded by 1,200 acres burned by the East Fork Fire, dealt a significant blow to Beaver Creek Park cattle revenue, the park superintendent said Monday. Superintendent Chad Edgar presented to the Hill County Park Board Monday night during its monthly meeting cattle grazing revenue numbers for last year and previous years dating back to 2008.     Two years after his commission’s proposal to reform Havre’s city government was rejected by voters, former chair of the Havre Study Commission said at Monday’s council meeting that the council should give his proposal another look as a means of generating additional city revenue.     The Havre Wrestling Club held its Prep Pony Rumble AAU Tournament Saturday at the Armory Gymnasium. Clubs from all over Montana were in attendance, and the HWC had awesome results. In the team competition, Havre won the Large Team title 136 points, while Sidney won the Medium team title with 119.5. The Argos won the Small Team title with 71.5.
