Hill County Board of Health votes for local mask order By: Patrick Johnston The Hill County Board of Health voted to implement a countywide mask order at a special meeting this afternoon. The order requires universal mask wearing with some exceptions, such as children younger than 5 being exempt and other special situations. Western Drug Pharmacy in Havre has announced it has the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine in stock and is taking appointments from eligible people for vaccinations. Patricia J. Childs, 75, passed away Friday, February 12, 2021, at Northern Montana Hospital due to pneumonia. Her funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Friday, February 19, 2021, at the Fifth Avenue Christian Church with Ila McClenahan officiating.
