    Havre Mayor Tim Solomon announced at Tuesday night's Havre City Council meeting the termination of the Emergency Declaration set by Resolution No. 3815 April 6, 2020, due to COVID-19. Solomon said COVID-19 numbers are down but if they go back up, the council could implement Havre's state of emergency again.
