    As of 4 p.m. today, no local health centers reported any new confirmed cases of COVID-19 and Rocky Boy Health Center at Rocky Boy's Indian Reservation reported at 3 p.m. no new cases had been confirmed there.     The Hill County Health Board discussed Friday recent COVID-19 developments including the backlog of surveillance testing results and Gov. Steve Bullock’s recent mask directive.     A Montana State University-Northern student and two of his friends are traveling horseback across Montana to honor friends and family of poeple who have lost their fight to cancer and people still fighting it.     Hill County Health Department confirmed five new cases of COVID-19 at 5 p.m. Friday, but has reported no new cases since.
