    Daymean Duwayane Lawrence, precious infant, was lost to us on Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2015. We eagerly anticipated his arrival, and now are grieving his loss. He was survived by his parents, Craig Lawrence and Jackie Roberts; his siblings, Addison and Serenity; his grandparents, Loretta Snell, Jerry Roberts and Elaine Brown; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other extended family. The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said Tuesday that none of its 44 judges moved to reconsider the case that the court already decided was tried on out-of-date standards.     It will be spring before the city of Havre can make repairs to the gaping hole on 3rd Street between 5th and 6th avenues. The street collapsed into Bullhook, the creek that drains storm runoff through the city, in October 2013. The street has been closed off since then.
