    After missing last year due to the concern over a surge in COVID-19, the Havre Community Thanksgiving Dinner will be held this year, though all the meals will be either delivered to those who can't get out of the house or handed out at St. Jude Parish Center as to-go meals.     Hill County officials held their monthly meeting Wednesday, where they discussed a variety of county needs ranging from use of American Rescue Plan Act funds to addressing elder abuse in the area to COVID-19 vaccinations.     The Montana state COVID tracking map after this morning’s update listed 739 new cases, 6,855 active cases, 302 hospitalizations and 2,540 deaths. The cumulative total for the state was 187,530 cases. Hill County Health Department said in its update Wednesday that 2 new cases were reported and 11 met the criteria to be considered recovered with 30 active cases in the county.
