    Montana State University-Northern head women’s basketball coach Chris Mouat has landed two key recruits for next season, both with ties to Montana. Mouat has announced the signing of Addie Kiefer to join the Skylight program this fall. Kiefer is a 5-10 forward who recently completed a two-year career at North Idaho College.     The Havre High softball team finished its home schedule with two wins at the Sixth Avenue Memorial Field. On Friday, the Ponies crushed Sidney 10-0 in five innings. Bree Hanson hit a homer for Havre. Havre was already up, 4-0 at that point. The Ponies also got four runs by RBI singles. Camille Keeley lead the team with three RBIs on three hits. But, their home opener was going to be tough as the Northstars hosted the Great Falls AA Chargers last Sunday at Legion Field.     It was another busy weekend for the Havre High softball team as the Blue Ponies traveled to the Bette Pasky Memorial Tournament to take on four fellow Class A stalwarts. Last Friday saw Havre fall to defending state champion Columbia Falls 11-4 in six innings. Havre quickly bounced back with a 7-4 win over Ronan.     Another Class A track meet, another top finish for both the Havre High girls and boys track teams.     The MSU-Northern wrestling team, of head coach Tyson Thivierge, recently added a great wrestler to the program in Ronan's Landon Bishop. Bishop was a three-time state placer and a 2024 state Class A champion at 170 pounds for the Chiefs. He's expected to compete in the upper weights for the Lights.
